Homework for Monday, Feb. 22
- Periodic Table Handout
- Question # 4, asks you to draw a Bohr Diagram that illustrates the difference between neon isotopes. The question should say neon-20 and neon-22. The number that follows is the mass number of that particular isotope. Based on what we discussed in class about isotopes, you should be able to describe how and why neon-20 and neon-22 differ...

Unboiling an Egg?
Yesterday, when comparing physical and chemical changes I used the example of cooking/frying an egg as a chemical reaction. I mentioned that scientists have discovered a way to unboil an egg...here's how. A fellow student of yours sent me this link.

Science 10
After wrapping up our discussion of the scientific method in class today I mentioned the Stanford Prison Experiment that completely changed our way of conducting sociological and psychological experiments on human beings. Here's a trailer of a major motion picture that was made last year depicting the experiment. Don't worry our experiments won't be anything like this...Let me know what you think.
